Please understand we are a volunteer run dog rescue and it may take us up to a week to respond to your application. Please be patient with us as we sort through the many emails and applications we receive everyday.
We are always in need of new foster homes. If you feel you have the space in your home to offer a homeless pet the safety, shelter, and security they require, then please fill out the foster home application.
In order to become a foster home with Paws-United, we would require you to be within a half hour driving distance from the London area. If you live outside of the city we would ask that you be willing to travel to and from vet appointments with the foster dog as well as any event or meet and greet the dog would need to attend.
It is your responsibility as a foster home to ensure your dog makes vet appointments, and if you do not have transport enough notice must be given so we can arrange a volunteer driver.
Paws-United will supply a crate, food, treats, toys, bedding and all vet work the dog requires while in your care.
Once the application has been filled out a volunteer should be in contact with you within the week. Once you have been contacted you will be required to either have a home visit with one of our volunteers so we can see where the dog will be kept, or send in a virtual tour of your home.

We are no longer accepting Foster homes that live in student housing with roommates. This is for liability reasons and committment issues when new roommates come and go.
